Brown paper packages tied up with string…

These are a few of my [new] favorite things:

  • Cheerios Snack Mixes: the Honey Nut and Cheese varieties. Yum.
  • 95.3 Praise fm, a local Christian radio station introduced to me recently. A new alternative to KTIS. I love it.
  • Caffeine free beverages. Since I’m trying to figure out what’s wrong with my sleeping, I thought I’d take it upon myself to at least cut out one thing that is very well causing some sleep problems. No more caffeine (or at least, very reduced quantities of).
  • The 30-Day Shred. It’s amazing. I’m on Day 10 (I’ve skipped a few) and I’ve already noticed results. It’s pretty exciting. (though I will not be posting any before and after pictures, in case you were wondering.)

Ok, that’s all I can think of but I’m sure there’s more. I’m feeling good (probably becauseI can’t stop making appointments)…  :)
